Cancellations and
Late Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please kindly provide Studio Yasmine with 24 hrs notice. Should you fail to cancel/ reschedule your appointment within the allotted time frame you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service. In addition, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will be charged the full value of your scheduled service. No Shows are subject to a charge equal to the full cost of the service.  For your convenience, you will receive a confirmation request text 48 hrs prior to your service and a text reminder 24 hrs before your appointment.
